Vacant Home Staging transforms your property into a showplace with our careful selection of furnishings, art and accessories. A FREE “Property Preview” is the starting point.
We walk room by room taking photos and getting a feel for the layout, finishes, and features of the house.
We then prepare a formal proposal that includes our staging services fee and furniture, accessories and artwork inventory costs.
*Model homes, town homes, condos, & apartments also fall under this category.

Occupied Home Staging begins with an in-home “Staging Consultation”. This is a working session with the homeowner (and with the realtor if desired) where we provide you with tips, suggestions and advice on what needs to be removed, replaced, repaired, repainted etc. to make your home “staging ready”.
After you’ve followed our recommendations to prepare your home for staging day, we will supplement your existing furnishings with our accessories, artwork, and any furniture items that may be lacking to get your home ready to sell for highest amount of money in the shortest amount of time.
The Consultation is $150.00 + Iowa sales tax and must be prepaid to be added to our calendar. Travel fees may apply based on project location.

How much does it typically cost to home stage?
