After you fill out the intact form, a preliminary call will be set up with Creative Director and Owner, Barbara Gerlach. Whether you don’t know where to start or know exactly what you need, Barbara will help you determine the best “next steps” to get your project rolling. Simply click below:
step 2: the Consultation
lf we decide we’re a good fit after the Discovery Call, Barbara will typically recommend an In-home Design Consultation. You'll get up to 90 minutes at your home in person or virtually, to fully discuss the spaces that need our assistance. If this is a new build or relocation, no worries, we can always review floor plans, house layouts, and concepts with you during our visit. This vital meeting allows us to get to know each other, learn about your pain points, and evaluate the possibilities, the potential, and sometimes even the pitfalls of your project.
step 3: the proposal
AFTER the In-home Consultation, we'll send you a specifically tailored to you report outlining our findings and suggestions for your best outcome. A design fee will be recommended based on your desired level of guidance and collaboration, the scope of work, and the estimated investment range needed to complete the project to match your expectations.
